A useful payout statement names the start event, the finish event and the account conditions. Anything less risks comparing different clocks.
Clock one: is the request eligible?
Before timing a payment, establish whether there is a withdrawal-eligible balance and whether the required account checks are complete. A request waiting for information is not at the same stage as an approved payment already sent to a provider.

Clock two: what has the operator done?

A screenshot that says “paid” establishes what that interface displayed. It does not independently prove when a separate bank or wallet received the funds. The words should be used precisely in a review.
A hypothetical timeline, honestly described
Suppose a request is submitted Monday morning, documents are requested Monday afternoon, approval is confirmed Wednesday morning and the payment appears Friday. The end-to-end event spans Monday to Friday. Describing it only as a two-day transfer leaves out the earlier account stage.
